This will be a 4-week series including four of my favorite and most frequently used herbs that we will learn about and experiment with. You can drop into sessions individually, but it is highly recommended to attend the entire series in order to fully experience the benefits of this offering. Sessions will be held each Sunday from 3:30pm - 5pm in Williamsburg.
